Before you begin.

Do I need any experience with theta or breathwork?

None. The bundle opens with a short intro and a safety note. You lie down, press play, and follow your breath. The work meets you where you are.

How long do I have access?

For life. Once it's yours, it's yours — return to any activation as many times as the body asks.

What if I miss a day of the 21?

The rhythm is a guide, not a rule. The body keeps its own time. Pick up where you left off, or begin again. Nothing is lost.

Is this a replacement for working with you directly?

No — it's a different shape. These are the same activations I use one-to-one, but private coaching is calibrated to your specific architecture. Many women start here and open the door to a conversation later.
